How do you get a job?  It depends on who you know.

Everyone you’ve ever met, counts.  Everyone you know has a value.  Those relationships are worth something. The more people you know the better off you are.

You think that’s crass?  You think that demeans the value of your friendship or relationship?  Go ahead.  It doesn’t prevent it from being true.  If you want a job – you have to cash in on every relationship have and on the new ones I will help you create.

Cashing in your chips to land you in front of the Decision Maker is your best chance of getting a job.

This means one thing:  You have to figure out how you can become better connected to your profession on a personal and local level, and you have to call in your chips to get there.
